We are from out of town and like to try places we don’t have back home. OMG are we so happy we tried here. We googled poboys and this one popped up with a 4.7 rating and over 600 reviews. This was seriously one of the best shrimp poboys we’ve had. And they were huge!! Then we took some Italian cream cake and chocolate browine cake Togo… holy yummm. Are we planning a trip back to Waco just so we can try more meals, what’s a 3 hour drive for some food lol

This place will be on my menu every time I'm in Waco! Outstanding food and service! The owner was lovely and made sure that we were taken care of. I wish they would start selling there seasoning because they have the flavor down!

Moved to Waco area last year, coming from Louisiana. Of course you will crave a good crawfish and shrimp boil. After visiting other establishments with disappointment, Friday's was recommended to us by a car salesman. Crawfish season started and we had to give Friday's a try. Let me tell you, this has been the best crawfish and shrimp boil I have ever had again, coming from Louisiana. The spices just hit right, the peeling of crawfish and shrimp, it comes right off (where as other places over boil and can't peel). The service, the owners, absolutely amazing!!! The atmosphere is perfect, like you're sitting in your own home. This is now our place and I am beyond grateful for the recommendation. Added a pic of my platter, yes, I took a bit of potato... I also want to mention their cakes and pies because I am a foodie and you MUST try the pinacolada cheesecake!!! Absolutely heaven!!!

The best REAL Cajun food you can get in the area!! It’s family owned and the food is the absolute best! The flavors are real authentic Cajun. We ordered crawfish in JANUARY and they were small obviously but oh soooo good! We also had catfish which I didn’t get a picture of and it was so good crispy and fresh there cocktail sauce was 🤌🏼 we ordered dessert to go and you can see the serving HUGE serving size. If you like Cajun and haven’t been here you are missing out!! This place is worth the drive from miles away!! Not to mention how hospitable and kind the workers/owners are please stop by and put them on the map!!! P.s. they gave us a sample of the Étouffée and that alone will have us running back best I have ever had and I have tasted a lot even from Louisiana and this is THE BEST!!

Fabulous food and the staff is friendly and attentive. Wonderful atmosphere with creole music playing. It's Cajun flavor but not hot and spicy. Flavor that leaves your mouth happy and wanting more. Desserts looked tasty but we were too full to try them. Locally owned by a vet and his beautiful wife. Will definitely be back!
